Egg tarts are a popular sweet treat served at dim sum restaurants, bakeries, and even some local diners. Two styles are eaten—a flaky, puff pastry, or a shortcrust shell—both filled with a smooth egg custard. The Egg Tart design recreates the beautiful, flaky crust with three delicate layers of hammered and crimped sterling silver.
